A few quick, but important notes before you book:

Waitlist: If you don’t see a time that works for you, please add yourself to the Waitlist at the bottom of the calendar. Openings do happen due to cancellations, and I occasionally release extra sessions if there’s demand.

New Clients: If we haven’t worked together before, you are invited to schedule a free 15-minute consultation. You may also book an initial appointment directly.

Cancellation Policy: A reminder that a 48-hour cancellation policy is in effect. Advance notice is always appreciated when possible. Appointments missed or cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are charged in full. Please note that all appointment cancellations and rescheduling must be made via email to jenniferschinecounselling@gmail.com.

Fees: My preferred payment method is e-transfer, payable before or right after your session. Credit cards are also accepted if needed.

Locations: Online counselling available. In-person sessions at my Vancouver Office - 402 W Pender St, Suite 308 (Mondays & Tuesdays); and North Shore Office - 2471 Marine Dr, West Vancouver, Suite 8 (Thursdays).

Recurring Sessions: If you’d like a recurring appointment, let me know and I can set that up for you on my end.
